Swinburne on the Incarnation: How Could Jesus NOT Do Wrong?

How could Jesus have not done wrong given that he was truly human? Swinburne proposes a divided mind view of the incarnation, where Christ has two distinct centers of consciousness: a divine consciousness and a human consciousness. This raises the problem of conflicting beliefs. Couldn't Jesus believe that P in his divine consciousness and yet believe that ~P in his human consciousness? Swinburne tackles this problem with the notion of 'semi-belief'. Additionally, Swinburne tackles the question of whether Christ could have done wrong and suggests that God, in perfect freedom, ensured that Christ would not be subject to too strong of a desire to do wrong.
